About ISRA SURFACE VISION

ISRA VISION, with its subsidiary, ISRA SURFACE VISION, Duluth, GA, developed the SMASH Surface Inspection System designed for 100% on-line inspection of film and plastic sheet. The SMASH System can be a simple, modular, one-camera gel counter for commodity films to high-speed systems with advanced defect classification for high margin specialty products. The system goes beyond the basic inspection tasks of providing defect mapping, imaging, and classification. ISRA offers DataMining Software, which integrates with Crystal Reports for custom statistical reporting. Real time objective process data reduces downtime and scrap. Defect flagging and optional re-wind control increases throughput and eliminates catastrophic defects from reaching your customer.
