Thursday, July 20, 2023 -- Insight Global offices across the country participated in Field Day—an annual fundraiser event supporting charity partner OneWorld Health. Participants raised $102,048 for the non-profit, which aims to bring permanent, sustainable healthcare to communities in underserved countries.
Field Day participants engaged in various health and fitness challenges including pull- up and plank competitions and a virtual tug- of-war fundraising challenge pitting East Coast and West Coast offices against one other. Individual offices were also able to create their own internal competitions to generate excitement and raise funds for the cause as well.
Most notably, Ryan Millard, National Director of Performance Operations for Evergreen, Insight Global’s managed services division, pledged to run from 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to raise money for OneWorld Health. Employees in Atlanta’s Corporate HQ pledged donations to support his amazing efforts and to run alongside him. This year’s run challenge ended with Ryan reaching his goal of doing raising $10,000 and running for the full 12 hours.
Every dollar raised during Insight Global’s Field Day helps provide quality, sustainable healthcare to underserved communities in Uganda, Honduras, and Nicaragua. Our goal is to fund and build 2025 in partnership with OneWorld Health.
