Streamlined processes
We have extensive experience in various molding and overmolding processes for elastomer parts:
- Compression Molding: a process typically used for components that require harder durometer rubber or high abrasion resistance.
- Transfer Molding: used for small components that require a high degree of precision or aesthetic qualities.
- Injection Molding: a process that typically meets a wider range of technical requirements and is cost efficient for high volume parts.
We also design molds that eliminate the need for secondary processes such as de-flashing or tear-trimming--ideal for parts that are designed for aesthetic as well as function.
