Our woven endless belt with a cast polyurethane foam cover is available in widths up to 2″ and lengths to 60″. The carcass can be bare fabric or coated on the inner surface. This style of construction can provide cushioning or act as a retard belt in combination with a feed tire for paper handling and sorting applications such as optical character readers (OCR’s). The banking industry employs this belt to read and sort checks, credit card slips or other documents.

The hardness of the foam can be varied to suit your application. This foam has excellent ink absorbing qualities which permit the ink to wick to the inside leaving a fresh surface for paper contact thereby increasing belt life and the number of documents that can be fed or sorted.
