DESMA Cold Runners and ITM Systems: Using DESMA cold runner systems, material waste can be drastically reduced. In addition, cycle times are improved, and article quality increases. DESMA offers various cold runner systems, including sprue-free injection molding, through our patented FlowControl technology. By incorporating PressureSense technology, actual cavity pressure readings can be read, ensuring a closed loop and removing much of the process variation seen in daily production.
