We also offer our own proprietary rubber compounds from a variety of mixing partners. CSI’s materials are designed with calendering in mind to increase the quality of your finished products. CSI-supplied compounds are also batch tested and lot traceable.
If you are looking for sheet or gum stock, our multi-pass technology decreases the risk of air pockets and blisters seen in single-pass calendering. Additionally, to ensure your product isn’t compromised at any point in the process, we test material before and after its calendered.
